Equity-based compensation to outside directors and management earnings forecasts

   ÁÖ½Äȸ»çÀÇ °æ¿ì¿¡´Â ¼ÒÀ¯¿Í °æ¿µÀÌ ºÐ¸®µÇ¾î ÀÖ´Ù. ÀÌ´Â ±â¾÷ÀÇ ¼ÒÀ¯ÁÖÀÎ ÁÖÁÖµéÀÌ ¿©·¯ °¡Áö ÀÌÀ¯·Î Á÷Á¢ °æ¿µ¿¡ Âü¿©ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø±â ¶§¹®¿¡ ±× ºÐ¾ßÀÇ Àü¹®°¡¸¦ °í¿ëÇÏ¿© ÁÖ½Äȸ»ç¸¦ ¿î¿µÇϵµ·Ï ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.
